mysqli fetch() henter ikke

Det er ret sjovt, hvad jeg prøvede at gøre her. måske på grund af overarbejde.

Jeg returnerede ikke noget fra denne funktion, selvom mysqli fecth returnerer sandt.

så jeg ændrer if($stmt->fetch()){}-sætningen for at returnere en matrix.
