Opdateringsforespørgsel for langsom på Postgres 9.1

Dette er ikke en løsning, men en datamodelleringsløsning

• opdel webadresserne i {protocol,hostname,pathname}-komponenter.
• Nu kan du bruge eksakte matches til at deltage i værtsnavnsdelen, så du undgår den førende % i regex-matchet.
• visningen er beregnet til at demonstrere, at full_url kan rekonstrueres, hvis det er nødvendigt.

Opdateringen kan sandsynligvis tage et par minutter.
