Perl - DBI og .pgpass

Skift nemt mellem test- og liveservere.

• opbevar adgangskoder i ~/.pgpass (for psql &pg_dump )
• andre konfigurationsoplysninger i ~/.pg_service.conf (eller /etc/pg_service.conf )
