I dit VB6-projekt skal du vælge referencen til Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects 2.8 Library . Det er muligt, at du også har et 6.0-bibliotek, hvis du har Windows Vista eller Windows 7. Hvis du også vil have dit program til at køre på Windows XP-klienter, end at du er bedre stillet med 2.8-biblioteket.
