Jeg tænkte, at jeg bare ville poste koden, der løste mit problem; den downloader en csv-fil fra et eksternt FTP-sted til min lokale server. Den importerer derefter csv-filen til min lokale mysql-databasetabel. Når filen er importeret på ftp-serveren, slettes den. Jeg planlægger dette job i cpanel med cronjob.
Jeg kan ikke tage æren for scriptet, jeg har lige ændret et script fundet på et andet websted. Jeg er sikker på, at der er bedre måder at gøre dette på med noget fejlkontrol. Dette er dog det bedste, jeg kunne gøre med mine begrænsede færdigheder.
