I min erfaring med en lignende fejl 12570 (læser vs forfatter) er der kun én grund til denne fejl - noget på dit netværk afslutter inaktive tcp-forbindelser. Typisk er dette en firewall/administreret switch. Du sagde, at du allerede har udelukket firewall, men jeg ved ikke hvordan. Det er muligt, at db selv afslutter forbindelserne (dba-script), men jeg husker, at det er en anden fejl.
Ora-12571 kan være lidt anderledes. Men stadig, da du har identificeret, at problemet er det samme, fordi det har længe etableret poolforbindelser, vil jeg fortsætte.
Der er et par ting, du kan gøre:
- Indstil min poolstørrelse =0 i forbindelsesstrengen. Dette løser generelt tingene for mig. Det gør det muligt at lukke hele poolen ude, når appen er inaktiv. Der er dog en lille chance for, at hvis din trafik svinger voldsomt, kan det være nødvendigt at øge poolstørrelsen for hurtigere at lukke forbindelser skabt af et vanvittigt hastværk.
- Indstil Expire_Time i sqlnet.ora. Ikke indlysende ved dets navn, denne indstilling sender en probepakke, som bevirker, at enhver tcp inaktiv overvågning bliver opfyldt. Det eneste problem her er, at jeg ikke er helt sikker på, hvordan jeg indstiller sqlnet-indstillinger med den administrerede udbyder. Jeg gætter på, at sqlnet.ora kan gå i exe-dir, men jeg ser også en indikation på, at den kan indstilles i .config i form af (se et lignende wallet_override-eksempel her) Fordi du kun får dette i den administrerede udbyder spekulerer jeg på, om din ikke-administrerede klient sqlnet.ora allerede har denne indstilling.
Jeg har set dette mange gange i årenes løb, og første gang det skete, oprettede jeg et værktøj, der grundlæggende udfører en binær søgning for at bestemme den nøjagtige timeout-tid ved at oprette forbindelser af varierende varighed. Hvis det konsekvent lander på samme opsigelsestid, kan du gætte på, at der er en indstilling et eller andet sted, der forårsager dette. Hvis det er uregelmæssigt, kan du have en form for infrastruktur ustabil.
