Hvornår indekserer Oracle kolonneværdier null?

Hvis en indekseret kolonne indeholder en værdi, der ikke er nul, vil denne række blive indekseret. Som du kan se i det følgende eksempel, bliver kun én række ikke indekseret, og det er den række, der har NULL i begge indekserede kolonner. Du kan også se, at Oracle helt sikkert indekserer en række, når den førende indekskolonne har en NULL-værdi.
